{"id":1064,"date":"2019-06-24T05:27:33","date_gmt":"2019-06-24T09:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1064"},"modified":"2020-01-21T06:15:43","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T11:15:43","slug":"craquelins-style-raincoast","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1064","title":{"rendered":"Craquelins style Raincoast"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Source :<\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/distasio.telequebec.tv\/recette\/1460\/craquelins-style-raincoast\">http:\/\/distasio.telequebec.tv\/recette\/1460\/craquelins-style-raincoast<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Donne :<\/strong> 5 douzaines \/ 4 petits moules \u00e0 pain de 14.5 x 8 cm (5.5 x 3 po)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 2\/3 tasse ( 410 ml ) de babeurre ou m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de lait additionn\u00e9e de 25 ml (5 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de jus de citron<\/li><li>1\/3 tasse ( 80 ml ) de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable<\/li><li>3 tasse ( 750 ml ) de farine non blanchie ou tout usage<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 ( 5 ml ) de bicarbonate de soude<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 ( 5 ml ) de sel<\/li><li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe ( 15 ml ) de poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te<\/li><li>1 1\/2 tasse ( 375 ml 1\/2 ) de canneberges s\u00e9ch\u00e9es hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>2\/3 tasse ( 160 ml ) de pacanes hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>2\/3 tasse ( 160 ml ) d\u2019abricots s\u00e9ch\u00e9s coup\u00e9s en juliennes<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse ( 60 ml ) de graines de s\u00e9same<\/li><li>1\/4 tasse ( 60 ml ) de graines de citrouille<\/li><li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 ( 10 ml ) de romarin frais hach\u00e9 finement (facultatif)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous n\u2019utilisez pas le babeurre, ajouter le jus de citron au lait et r\u00e9server sur le comptoir 15 minutes, puis ajouter le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable. Sinon, ajouter le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable au babeurre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 \u00baF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beurrer et fariner les moules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients. Ajouter le liquide et m\u00e9langer juste ce qu\u2019il faut pour incorporer tous les ingr\u00e9dients, sans plus. R\u00e9partir dans les moules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuire 35 minutes. D\u00e9mouler les pains et laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement. Emballer dans du papier aluminium et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer ou congeler une trentaine de minutes avant de couper en fines tranches \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un couteau dentel\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chauffer le four \u00e0 300 \u00baF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9poser les tranches sur 2 plaques et cuire environ 15 \u00e0 20 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les tranches soient croustillantes, en prenant soin de changer la position des plaques \u00e0 mi-cuisson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Servir les craquelins chauds avec du beurre, ou froids avec du fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils se conserveront une \u00e0 deux semaines dans un contenant herm\u00e9tique.<br><br><strong>NOTE<\/strong><br>Les petits pains peuvent aussi \u00eatre congel\u00e9s, puis tranch\u00e9s et cuits au moment d\u00e9sir\u00e9.
