La tarte est meilleure ti\u00e8de ou froide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9  125g de fromage de ch\u00e8vre frais et 125g de fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 1\/3 cup all-purpose flour<\/li><li>2 tablespoons corn meal<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon fine salt<\/li><li>1\/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed, frozen<\/li><li>1 tablespoon cider vinegar<\/li><li>1\/4 cup ice water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>8 ounces soft goat cheese or other fresh cheese<\/li><li>1 egg yolk<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon fine salt<\/li><li>1\/4 teaspoon<\/li><li>freshly ground black pepperpinch of cayenne<\/li><li>2 tablespoons sliced basil<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the rest:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved<\/li><li>1 tablespoon olive oil<\/li><li>1 teaspoon Dijon<\/li><li>sea salt to sprinkle over the top once cooled, optional<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Directions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>M\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients secs de la p\u00e2te.  Puis, couper le beurre dans la p\u00e2te pour obtenir une consistance de corn meal.  Ajouter le vinaigre de cidre et l&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e. Former une boule et laisser refroidir une heure au frigo avant de rouler la p\u00e2te environ 12 po.<\/li><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 425 F.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients du filling. Etendre sur la p\u00e2te jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 1 1\/2 po du bord.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer les tomates avec l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et la moutarde de Dijon.  D\u00e9poser sur le m\u00e9lange de fromage avec une cuill\u00e8re trou\u00e9e pour \u00e9viter le surplus de liquide.
