{"id":1095,"date":"2019-10-08T06:34:40","date_gmt":"2019-10-08T10:34:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1095"},"modified":"2020-01-21T06:12:30","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T11:12:30","slug":"clafoutis-aux-poires","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1095","title":{"rendered":"Clafoutis aux poires"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Source :<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/foodwishes.blogspot.com\/2019\/09\/pear-clafoutis-almost-as-good-as-it.html\">https:\/\/foodwishes.blogspot.com\/2019\/09\/pear-clafoutis-almost-as-good-as-it.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notes : Donne 8 portions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je ne mets pas d&#8217;essence d&#8217;amande et seulement 1 c.\u00e0 th\u00e9 d&#8217;essence de vanille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;utilise mon moule \u00e0 pizza, \u00e7a permet de mieux dorer qu&#8217;un plat en verre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 tablespoons soft unsalted butter, divided (one for pan , one for top)<\/li><li>3 generous cups thinly sliced sweet, ripe pears<\/li><li>1\/2 cup lightly toasted sliced almonds<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For the batter :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 large eggs<\/li><li>1\/3 to 1\/2 cup granulated sugar depending on fruit\u2019s sweetness<\/li><li>1 1\/4 cup whole milk<\/li><li>1\/4 teaspoon fine salt<\/li><li>pinch freshly grated nutmeg<\/li><li>1 1\/2 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li><li>1\/2 teaspoon almond extract<\/li><li>2\/3 cup all-purpose flour<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 F.<\/li><li>Beurrer le moule.<\/li><li>Faire griller les amandes.<\/li><li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la batter.<\/li><li>D\u00e9poser les poires en tranches dans le moule.
