Si n\u00e9cessaire, travailler un peu la p\u00e2te avec les mains.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te entre 2 feuilles de papier parchemin et, \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie, abaisser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 0,32 ou 0,64 cm (\u215b ou \u00bc po) d\u2019\u00e9paisseur.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur environ 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la texture soit plus ferme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160 \u00b0C (325 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9couper la p\u00e2te avec des emporte-pi\u00e8ce pr\u00e9alablement farin\u00e9s. Disposer les biscuits sur une plaque antiadh\u00e9sive ou tapiss\u00e9e de papier parchemin en laissant 2,5 cm (1 po) entre chacun. Pour obtenir un r\u00e9sultat optimal, cuire une plaque \u00e0 la fois.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire de 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, selon la grosseur et l\u2019\u00e9paisseur des biscuits.
