Tapisser de papier parchemin une plaque de 38 x 50 cm (15 x 20 po) ou deux plus petites.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un grand bol, m\u00e9langer les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, les amandes, les graines de s\u00e9same, les graines de citrouille, la noix de coco si d\u00e9sir\u00e9, et le sel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une petite casserole, chauffer doucement le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable. Retirer du feu, ajouter l\u2019essence d\u2019amande et les \u00e9pices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verser sur les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et m\u00e9langer. Laisser ti\u00e9dir et incorporer soigneusement le blanc d\u2019oeuf battu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9taler sur une ou deux plaques. Pour que le granola dore uniform\u00e9ment, \u00e9viter les amoncellements. Cuire au moins 30 minutes en remuant aux 15 minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit dor\u00e9. (Si on utilise deux plaques, effectuer une rotation des plaques.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 la sortie du four, si d\u00e9sir\u00e9, incorporer les fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s. Refroidir et remplir des bocaux ou des r\u00e9cipients herm\u00e9tiques.
