{"id":1325,"date":"2023-04-17T07:48:36","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T11:48:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1325"},"modified":"2023-04-17T07:48:36","modified_gmt":"2023-04-17T11:48:36","slug":"cari-de-pois-chiches-et-de-legumes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1325","title":{"rendered":"Cari de pois chiches et de l\u00e9gumes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Source <\/strong>: https:\/\/www.joseedistasio.ca\/recettes\/plats-principaux\/cari-de-pois-chiches-et-de-legumes\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile de coco ou d\u2019huile neutre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml (2 tasses) d\u2019oignons, tranch\u00e9s finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>375 ml (1 1\/2 tasse) de courge musqu\u00e9e ou de patates douces, pel\u00e9es et coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s de 2 cm (3\/4 po)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) de gingembre frais, pel\u00e9 et hach\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de cari de Madras en poudre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de garam masala<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de flocons de piment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 ml (1 1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 ou au go\u00fbt) de sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>540 ml (19 oz) de pois chiches, rinc\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml (1 tasse) de lait de coco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>375 ml (1 1\/2 tasse) de bouillon de volaille ou de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml (2 tasses) d\u2019\u00e9pinards ou de kale bien tass\u00e9, tranch\u00e9 en fines lani\u00e8res ou b\u00e9b\u00e9 kale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PR\u00c9PARATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chauffer l\u2019huile de coco dans une casserole \u00e0 feu moyen \u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter les oignons et cuire 10 min en brassant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la courge musqu\u00e9e ou les patates douces, l\u2019ail, le gingembre, les \u00e9pices et le sel. Laisser cuire 5 minutes tout en brassant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les pois chiches, le lait de coco et le bouillon. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu moyen et laisser mijoter 10 minutes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter les \u00e9pinards ou le kale et cuire \u00e0 feu doux 5 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.
