{"id":1333,"date":"2023-04-17T16:43:36","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T20:43:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1333"},"modified":"2023-04-17T16:43:36","modified_gmt":"2023-04-17T20:43:36","slug":"granola-de-dy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1333","title":{"rendered":"Granola de Dy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Source :<\/strong> Livre Olive et gourmando<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Donne<\/strong> : 2,5 L de granola<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5 tasses flocons d&#8217;avoine \u00e0 l&#8217;ancienne<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse noix de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e, sucr\u00e9e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse d&#8217;amandes effil\u00e9es crues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasses amande enti\u00e8res crues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 tasse graines de tournesol crues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 graines de s\u00e9same blanches crues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe cannelle moulue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse miel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 soupe extrait de vanille<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse raisins de Corinthe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 150 C (300 F).
