{"id":1335,"date":"2023-04-17T17:02:24","date_gmt":"2023-04-17T21:02:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1335"},"modified":"2023-04-17T17:03:03","modified_gmt":"2023-04-17T21:03:03","slug":"muffins-bananes-et-cardamone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=1335","title":{"rendered":"Muffins bananes et cardamone"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Source :<\/strong> Livre Olive et gourmando<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong> : On peut ajouter des brisures de chocolat dans la pr\u00e9paration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Donne :<\/strong> 12 muffins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients : <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1\/4 tasse cr\u00e8me s\u00fbre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 bicarbonate de soude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse + 1 c. \u00e0 soupe farine tout usage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse + 1 c. \u00e0 soupe farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 cannelle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 sel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 muscade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 cardamone moulue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tasse beurre non sal\u00e9, temp\u00e9r\u00e9<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tasse l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tass\u00e9e cassonade<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 oeufs, temp\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 extrait de vanille <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 bananes bien m\u00fbres, \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>noix de Grenoble (facultatif)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190 C (375 F).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beurrer 12 moules \u00e0 muffins ou les chemiser de caissettes en papier ou en silicone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la cr\u00e8me s\u00fbre et le bicarbonate de soude.  Laisser reposer.  La cr\u00e8me deviendra mousseuse et doublera de volume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans un autre bol, m\u00e9langer les farines tout usage et de bl\u00e9 entier, la cannelle, le sel, la muscade et la cardamone.  R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Entre-temps, au batteur sur socle muni d&#8217;un fouet plat ou au batteur \u00e0 main, battre le beurre et la cassonade \u00e0 vitesse moyenne environ 3 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit p\u00e2le et cr\u00e9meux.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporer les oeufs, un \u00e0 la fois, puis la vanille.  M\u00e9langer \u00e0 haute vitesse environ 2 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la texture soit l\u00e9g\u00e8re et homog\u00e8ne, en raclant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les parois du bol \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une spatule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 basse vitesse, incorporer la pr\u00e9paration de cr\u00e8me s\u00fbre, puis les bananes.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;une cuill\u00e8re de bois, incorporer d\u00e9licatement le m\u00e9lange de farine jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les ingr\u00e9dients soient tout juste humect\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9partir la p\u00e2te dans les moules.  Si d\u00e9sir\u00e9, d\u00e9poser sur ces muffins un quantit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse de noix de Grenoble crues (\u00e0 peine broy\u00e9es \u00e0 la main). <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire au four environ 20 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;un cure-dents ins\u00e9r\u00e9 au centre des muffins en ressorte propre, en tournant les moules \u00e0 mi-cuisson.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser les moules sur une grille et laisser ti\u00e9dir les muffins avant de d\u00e9mouler.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source : Livre Olive et gourmando Note : On peut ajouter des brisures de chocolat dans la pr\u00e9paration.
