(recette double donne 30 petits muffins)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Muffins<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 cups (240g)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.kingarthurbaking.com\/items\/unbleached-all-purpose-flour\">King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup (198g) granulated sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/3 cup (46g) yellow cornmeal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons (21g)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.kingarthurbaking.com\/items\/lemon-juice-powder\">King Arthur Lemon Juice Powder<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons (28g) poppy seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon table salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cup (227g) milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 tablespoons (113g) unsalted butter, melted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.kingarthurbaking.com\/items\/king-arthur-pure-vanilla-extract\">King Arthur Pure Vanilla Extract<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/4 to 1\/2 teaspoon\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.kingarthurbaking.com\/items\/lemon-oil\">lemon oil<\/a>, to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Glaze<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cup (113g) glazing sugar or confectioners&#8217; sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/shop.kingarthurbaking.com\/items\/lemon-juice-powder\">King Arthur Lemon Juice Powder<\/a>*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons (28g) milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>*Or substitute 1 tablespoon lemon juice for 4 teaspoons of the milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Preparation :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Lightly grease (or line with muffin papers) the wells of a 12-cup muffin pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To make the muffins: Whisk together the flour, sugar, cornmeal, juice powder or zest, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whisk together the milk, eggs, butter, and extracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until everything is evenly moistened.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the batter among the prepared muffin cups, filling them almost full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake the muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, until a cake tester or toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove the muffins from the oven, and after 5 minutes transfer them from the pan to a rack.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To make the glaze: Stir all the ingredients together, adding more milk or sugar if necessary to make the glaze spreadable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spread the glaze atop each warm muffin.
