R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, combiner la farine, la poudre \u00e0 p\u00e2te, le bicarbonate et le sel.<br \/>\nAjouter les cubes de poires et bien les enrober du m\u00e9lange sec.<br \/>\nCeci a pour but, que les morceaux de poires ne se retrouvent pas dans le fond des muffins lors de la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Dans le robot culinaire, mettre les canneberges, le sucre, le jus et le zeste d&#8217;orange.<br \/>\nMixer jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;une pur\u00e9e lisse. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer le beurre fondu, le sucre et l&#8217;oeuf jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une texture homog\u00e8ne. Ajouter le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients secs, puis ajouter la pur\u00e9e de canneberges.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer \u00e0 la fourchette juste assez pour que le m\u00e9lange soit humect\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Remplir aux 2\/3 de pr\u00e9paration, les caissettes \u00e0 muffins pr\u00e9par\u00e9es, puis enfourner pour <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">25<\/span> minutes.
