M\u00e9langer et laisser reposer 2-3&nbsp;minutes pour infuser davantage le vinaigre. Verser l\u2019huile et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laver le chou fris\u00e9 et bien l\u2019\u00e9goutter. Retirer les tiges et d\u00e9faire les feuilles vertes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacher les feuilles en morceaux de la taille d\u2019une bouch\u00e9e. Placer dans un saladier. Ajouter le sel et masser en m\u00e9langeant 1&nbsp;minute pour attendrir les feuilles. Laisser reposer 10&nbsp;minutes, le temps de pr\u00e9parer les autres ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Couper la poire en quatre. Enlever le c\u0153ur et couper en morceaux. Peler et r\u00e2per la betterave. Trancher l\u2019oignon finement. Ajouter au saladier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hacher les trois quarts des noix et ajouter au chou. Ajouter la quantit\u00e9 d\u00e9sir\u00e9e de vinaigrette et bien m\u00e9langer.
