Assaisonner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire une petite portion au micro-onde ou dans une po\u00eale. Go\u00fbter et rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement, au besoin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fa\u00e7onner 4 galettes de 10 cm (4 po) de diam\u00e8tre et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer au moins une heure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire les galettes dans une po\u00eale antiadh\u00e9sive \u00e0 feu moyen vif, avec un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive, pendant 5 minutes. Retourner les galettes et poursuivre la cuisson 3 min \u00e0 feu doux. Les galettes peuvent \u00eatre cuites au BBQ, sur une plaque antiadh\u00e9sive ou un tapis de cuisson.*<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Chauffer les pains quelques minutes au four \u00e0 350 \u00b0F (175\u00b0 C) ou au BBQ.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tartiner les pains de mayonnaise au basilic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser une galette de poulet sur une tranche de pain, puis garnir de concombre et de tomate. Couvrir d\u2019une autre tranche de pain.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mayonnaise au basilic<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.
