Retirer la membrane blanche et les p\u00e9pins (voir note). R\u00e9partir dans un pot en verre d\u2019une contenance de 500 ml (2 tasses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une petite casserole, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le reste des ingr\u00e9dients et laisser mijoter 1 minute. Verser le liquide bouillant dans le pot sur les piments jusqu\u2019\u00e0 5 mm (1\/4 po) du rebord. Fermer le pot. Laisser ti\u00e9dir et r\u00e9frig\u00e9rer.
