Cette t\u00e2che est plus facile si on utilise un gros couteau sur lequel on frappe avec un maillet. \u00c9p\u00e9piner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 190 \u00b0C (375 \u00b0F ).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tapisser une plaque de cuisson de papier parchemin ou d\u2019aluminium.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Badigeonner d\u2019huile la courge et les gousses d\u2019ail, saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00e9poser les deux moiti\u00e9s de courge, faces coup\u00e9es sur la plaque. Placer les gousses d\u2019ail sous les courges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuire au centre du four 45 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la chair soit tendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ti\u00e9dir 10 minutes avant de peler les demi-courges et l\u2019ail. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une marmite, \u00e0 feu moyen, fondre l\u2019oignon dans le beurre pendant 10 minutes en remuant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le gingembre et le cari. Poursuivre la cuisson 1 minute.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter la courge, l\u2019ail et le bouillon. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition \u00e0 feu vif, r\u00e9duire la chaleur, laisser mijoter \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert 10 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au m\u00e9langeur, r\u00e9duire le potage en pur\u00e9e.
