Ajouter le gingembre et l&#8217;ail. Poursuivre la cuisson 3 minutes. Ajouter le bouillon et les \u00e9pices. Saler et poivrer. Couvrir. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter 5 minutes \u00e0 feu moyen. Passer le bouillon au tamis. Rectifier l&#8217;assaisonnement. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dans une casserole d\u2019eau bouillante, plonger les vermicelles de riz. Retirer du feu et laisser reposer 3 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient tendres. \u00c9goutter et rincer sous l\u2019eau froide. Bien \u00e9goutter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dans 4 grands bols, r\u00e9partir les nouilles, le boeuf, les f\u00e8ves germ\u00e9es et les champignons.
