Ajouter l\u2019huile, la moutarde \u00e0 l\u2019ancienne, le vinaigre et le sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable. Poivrer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au robot culinaire muni de la lame \u00e0 trancher (voir note), \u00e9mincer les choux de Bruxelles. Ajouter les choux de Bruxelles dans le bol. Ajouter le sel et m\u00e9langer pour attendrir le chou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au robot culinaire muni de la lame \u00e0 r\u00e2per (voir note), r\u00e2per la pomme. L\u2019ajouter dans le bol avec les choux de Bruxelles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ajouter le bacon et le reste des ingr\u00e9dients (voir notes). M\u00e9langer pour enrober tous les ingr\u00e9dients de la vinaigrette. Rectifier l\u2019assaisonnement.
