{"id":315,"date":"2011-02-06T17:12:26","date_gmt":"2011-02-06T22:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=315"},"modified":"2011-02-07T09:32:38","modified_gmt":"2011-02-07T14:32:38","slug":"pain-a-la-citrouille-et-aux-brisures-de-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=315","title":{"rendered":"Pain \u00e0 la citrouille et aux brisures de chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kingarthurflour.com\/recipes\/emmys-pumpkin-bread-recipe\">kingarthurflour.com: Emmy&#8217;s Pumpkin Bread<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>Je fais la moiti\u00e9 de la recette dans 2 petits moules \u00e0 pain au lieu d&#8217;un gros moule de 9 X 5 pouces.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">2\/3 cup shortening or<\/span> 1 cup vegetable oil (1\/2 tasse huile d&#8217;olive)<\/li>\n<li> <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">2 2\/3 cups<\/span> sugar (1 tasse)<\/li>\n<li> 4 large eggs (2 oeufs)<\/li>\n<li> 2 cups (or one can) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling) (1 tasse de pur\u00e9e de citrouillle)<\/li>\n<li> 2\/3 cup water (1\/3 tasse)<\/li>\n<li> 3 1\/3 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour ( environ 1 2\/3 tasse)<\/li>\n<li> 1\/2 teaspoon baking powder (1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li> 2 teaspoons baking soda (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li> 1 1\/2 teaspoons salt (3\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li> 1 teaspoon nutmeg (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li> 1 teaspoon vanilla (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li> 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (1\/2 tasse) ou amandes<\/li>\n<li> 1 1\/2 cups chocolate chips (3\/4 tasse)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a large bowl, cream together <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">the shortening or<\/span> oil and the sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Beat in the eggs, pumpkin and water.<\/li>\n<li>Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla, stirring to blend, then mix in the chips and nuts.<\/li>\n<li> Spoon the batter into two<span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\"> lightly greased<\/span> (beurr\u00e9 et farin\u00e9) <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">9 x 5-inch<\/span> loaf pans.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the bread in a preheated 350\u00b0F oven for <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">1 hour<\/span> (50 minutes), or until a cake tester inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the bread from the oven, and cool it on a wire rack.
