On peut aussi faire un sirop de framboises pour en imbiber la cro\u00fbte. L&#8217;inspiration vient du Panetier de Trois-Rivi\u00e8res.<\/li>\n<li>Je fais une autre variante en ajoutant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration de base 1 c. \u00e0 table de zeste de citron.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 egg whites, reserve yolks<\/li>\n<li>1 3\/4 cups sugar, divided<\/li>\n<li>2 sticks butter <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">or oleo<\/span><\/li>\n<li>6 egg yolks 2 cups flour, sifted<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">mace<\/span> (muscade)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 F. <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">Grease the bottom of a stem (tube) pan<\/span> (Beurrer et fariner 2 petits moules \u00e0 pain).<\/li>\n<li>Beat egg whites until foamy and add 3\/4 cup of the sugar.\u00a0 Beat, continuing until the egg whites are stiff and glossy.<\/li>\n<li>Cream together remaining sugar and butter.\u00a0 Add egg yolks one at a time, beating well after each addition.<\/li>\n<li>Sift flour, baking powder, salt and <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">mace<\/span> (muscade). Add to sugar\/butter mixture.\u00a0 Beat well.\u00a0 Fold in egg whites.\u00a0 Spoon into <span style=\"text-decoration: line-through;\">stem (tube) pan<\/span> (moules \u00e0 pain) and bake for about 1 hour.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: Sally C.
