Add the thyme bundle and cook slowly for 3 to 4 minutes to render the bacon fat and give the sauce a nice smoky taste.<\/li>\n<li> Add the onion and  garlic and cook slowly, without coloring, for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li> Add all of the  rest of the sauce ingredients, give the sauce a stir, and turn the heat  down to low. Cook slowly for 20 minutes to meld the flavors.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>C\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200 F.<\/li>\n<li>Placer les c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es dans un plat allant au four et recouvrir de la sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire couvert pendant 5h30.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser les c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es dans un autre plat et laisser refroidir au frigo quelques heures, sinon elles se d\u00e9feront sur le BBQ.<\/li>\n<li>Faire r\u00e9duire la sauce apr\u00e8s la cuisson des c\u00f4tes lev\u00e9es et r\u00e9server pour badigeonner.<\/li>\n<li>Faire r\u00e9chauffer et griller sur le BBQ environ 5 minutes de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 en badigeonnant avec la sauce.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sources : foodnetwork.com: Tyler&#8217;s Ultimate: The Ultimate Barbecued Ribs Recipe foodnetwork.ca: Chef at home: Oven Baked Ribs Notes: La sauce est une combinaison de 2 recettes de sauce barbecue selon des proportions \u00e0 notre go\u00fbt.
