Il suffit de consid\u00e9rer les huiles comme \u00e9tant 100% de mati\u00e8re grasses et de calculer la quantit\u00e9 de lait \u00e0 ajouter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tasses cr\u00e8me 35%<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse lait 1%<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses de vanille<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients (incluant les gousses de vanille et leur graines) dans une casserole et faire chauffer \u00e0 medium.\u00a0 En remuant occasionnellement, amener la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 170 F.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\u00a0 Par la suite, laisser refroidir au frigo toute une nuit.<\/li>\n<li>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans la machine \u00e0 cr\u00e8me glac\u00e9e et faire geler pendant 30 minutes.
