{"id":470,"date":"2011-06-25T18:03:00","date_gmt":"2011-06-25T22:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=470"},"modified":"2011-06-26T13:01:36","modified_gmt":"2011-06-26T17:01:36","slug":"boulettes-dagneau","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=470","title":{"rendered":"Boulettes d&#8217;agneau"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/aladistasio.telequebec.tv\/recettes\/recette.aspx?id=166\">\u00c0 la di Stasio: Vincent Graton: Boulettes d&#8217;agneau<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Donne 4 portions<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb  d&#8217;agneau hach\u00e9 <del>ou 1\/2 boeuf et 1\/2 agneau hach\u00e9<\/del><\/li>\n<li>1 petit oignon, hach\u00e9 finement, revenu dans un peu d&#8217;huile, refroidi<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00e0 2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9    de cumin moulu<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9   de piment de Cayenne moulu, ou de sambal oelek ou de harissa<\/li>\n<li>Sel, poivre<\/li>\n<li>1 <del>\u00e0 2<\/del> oeuf<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 tasse   de chapelure r\u00e9guli\u00e8re (ou au besoin)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse   de pignons (ou graines de tournesol) et\/ou de raisins secs gonfl\u00e9s dans de l&#8217;eau<\/li>\n<li><del>Coriandre fra\u00eeche, cisel\u00e9e, au go\u00fbt<\/del><\/li>\n<li><del>2   poign\u00e9es de persil cisel\u00e9, au go\u00fbt<\/del><\/li>\n<li><del>Menthe fra\u00eeche cisel\u00e9e, au go\u00fbt<\/del><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans un grand bol, bien m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/li>\n<li>Huiler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement les mains et fa\u00e7onner de petites boulettes ovales en utilisant environ 10 ml (2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) du m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser les boulettes sur une plaque <del>huil\u00e9e<\/del> au fur et \u00e0 mesure.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C\/400\u00b0F.<\/li>\n<li>Griller  les boulettes au centre du four environ 20 <del>\u00e0 30<\/del> minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce  que la viande soit cuite.
