{"id":473,"date":"2011-06-26T07:17:52","date_gmt":"2011-06-26T11:17:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=473"},"modified":"2011-06-26T13:02:17","modified_gmt":"2011-06-26T17:02:17","slug":"pate-a-crepe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=473","title":{"rendered":"P\u00e2te \u00e0 cr\u00eape"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source<\/strong>: Maman<\/p>\n<p>Donne environ 8 grandes cr\u00eapes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 tasse farine (ou 3\/4 tasse farine blanche et 1\/4 tasse farine de sarrasin)<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tasse sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li>\n<li>3 oeufs battus<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tasse lait<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 table beurre fondu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>M\u00e9langer la farine, le sucre et le sel.<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer les oeufs, le lait et le beurre fondu.<\/li>\n<li>Verser tout d&#8217;un coup sur les ingr\u00e9dients secs.\u00a0 Battre jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit bien homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et laisser reposer pendant 2 heures.<\/li>\n<li>Badigeonner une po\u00eale \u00e0 frire de beurre fondu et la faire chauffer.<\/li>\n<li>Verser une petite quantit\u00e9 de p\u00e2te dans la po\u00eale et \u00e9tendre rapidement celle-ci pour que la p\u00e2te en couvre le fond.
