{"id":518,"date":"2011-07-08T23:33:07","date_gmt":"2011-07-09T03:33:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=518"},"modified":"2011-10-07T06:18:52","modified_gmt":"2011-10-07T10:18:52","slug":"the-glace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=518","title":{"rendered":"Th\u00e9 glac\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Notes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Je fais souvent une deuxi\u00e8me infusion plus longue (7 \u00e0 8 minutes) avec les feuilles de th\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque j&#8217;utilise le th\u00e9 vert sencha, je fais l&#8217;infusion pendant 2 minutes et la deuxi\u00e8me fois 3 \u00e0 4 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>La quantit\u00e9 de sirop permet de faire 2 recettes de th\u00e9 glac\u00e9 (2 fois 6 tasses).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de th\u00e9 en feuilles au choix<\/li>\n<li>6 tasses d&#8217;eau bouillante (pour le th\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de sucre<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse d&#8217;eau (pour le sirop)<\/li>\n<li>1 citron<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une petite casserole, amener \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le sucre et 1 tasse d&#8217;eau.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de la pi\u00e8ce.<\/li>\n<li>Infuser le th\u00e9 pendant environ 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque le th\u00e9 est refroidi, y ajouter la quantit\u00e9 de sirop d\u00e9sir\u00e9e pour obtenir un th\u00e9 glac\u00e9 plus ou moins sucr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser reposer plusieurs heures avec des tranches de citron dans le th\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer les tranches de citron au moment de servir.\u00a0 Servir bien froid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Notes: Je fais souvent une deuxi\u00e8me infusion plus longue (7 \u00e0 8 minutes) avec les feuilles de th\u00e9.
