R\u00e9duire la noix de coco en pur\u00e9e au m\u00e9langeur avec l&#8217;eau de coco.\u00a0 Passer la pr\u00e9paration dans un tissu mince \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur d&#8217;une passoire pour ne conserver que la partie liquide.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter du melon d&#8217;eau en pur\u00e9e pour compl\u00e9ter la quantit\u00e9 de fruits \u00e0 2 tasses.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e9langer la noix de coco, le melon d&#8217;eau et le sucre dans une casserole et faire chauffer\u00a0 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre soit fondu.<\/li>\n<li>Retirer du feu et laisser refroidir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\u00a0 Par la suite, laisser refroidir au frigo toute une nuit.<\/li>\n<li>Verser la pr\u00e9paration dans la sorbeti\u00e8re et faire geler  pendant 30 minutes.
