{"id":544,"date":"2011-08-11T07:19:44","date_gmt":"2011-08-11T11:19:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=544"},"modified":"2011-08-14T00:56:56","modified_gmt":"2011-08-14T04:56:56","slug":"salade-de-nouilles-a-lasiatique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=544","title":{"rendered":"Salade de nouilles \u00e0 l&#8217;asiatique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.foodnetwork.com\/recipes\/ina-garten\/crunchy-noodle-salad-recipe\/index.html\">foodnetwork.com:\u00a0 Ina Garten: Crunchy Noodle Salad<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>J&#8217;ai fait la moiti\u00e9 de la recette.<\/li>\n<li>J&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 une trentaine de crevettes saut\u00e9es et 2 carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es \u00e0 la salade.\u00a0 Laisser la salade au frigo quelques heures avant de servir pour d\u00e9velopper les saveurs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kosher salt<\/li>\n<li><del>1\/2<\/del> (1\/4) pound thin spaghetti (ou nouilles asiatiques)<\/li>\n<li><del>1 pound sugar snap peas <\/del><\/li>\n<li><del>1<\/del> (1\/2) cup vegetable oil\u00a0 (ou huile d&#8217;olive)<\/li>\n<li><del>1\/4 cup<\/del> (2 c. \u00e0 table)\u00a0 rice wine vinegar<\/li>\n<li><del>1\/3 cup<\/del> (3 c. \u00e0 table) soy sauce<\/li>\n<li><del>3<\/del> (1 1\/2) tablespoons dark sesame oil<\/li>\n<li><del>1<\/del> (1\/2) tablespoon honey<\/li>\n<li><del>2<\/del> (1) garlic cloves, minced<\/li>\n<li><del>1<\/del> (1\/2) teaspoon grated fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li><del>3<\/del> (1 1\/2) tablespoons toasted white sesame seeds, divided<\/li>\n<li><del>1\/2<\/del> (1\/4) cup smooth peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>2 red bell peppers, cored and seeded, and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>4 scallions (with and green parts), sliced diagonally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.<\/li>\n<li><del>Meanwhile, bring another large pot of salted water to a boil, add  the sugar snap peas, return to a boil, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes,  until crisp tender. Lift the sugar snap peas from the water with a  slotted spoon and immerse them in a bowl of ice water. Drain.<\/del><\/li>\n<li>For the dressing, whisk together the vegetable oil, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, 2 tablespoons sesame seeds and peanut butter in a medium bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the spaghetti, <del>sugar snap peas<\/del>, peppers and scallions in a large bowl. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture.
