{"id":558,"date":"2011-10-04T22:26:00","date_gmt":"2011-10-05T02:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=558"},"modified":"2011-10-06T10:03:36","modified_gmt":"2011-10-06T14:03:36","slug":"quinoa-vegetarien-au-cari","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=558","title":{"rendered":"Quinoa v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien au cari"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ricardocuisine.com\/recettes\/4870-quinoa-vegetarien-au-cari\">ricardocuisine.com: Quinoa v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien au cari<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>J&#8217;ai remplac\u00e9 les amandes par des noix de pin.<br \/>\n<strong>Temps de pr\u00e9paration: <\/strong>20 min<br \/>\n<strong>Cuisso<\/strong>n: 25 min<br \/>\n<strong>Portions:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 oignon, hach\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n<li><del>1<\/del> (1\/2) petit piment jalape\u00f1o, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9 et hach\u00e9 finement<\/li>\n<li>45 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>310 ml (1 1\/4 tasse) de quinoa<\/li>\n<li>310 ml (1 1\/4 tasse) d\u2019amandes en b\u00e2tonnets<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail, hach\u00e9es finement<\/li>\n<li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de poudre de cari<\/li>\n<li>5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de garam masala<\/li>\n<li>2,5 ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de cumin moulu<\/li>\n<li>625 ml (2 1\/2 tasses) de bouillon de poulet ou bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>500 ml (2 tasses) de courge musqu\u00e9e, pel\u00e9e, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9e et coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 litre (4 tasses) de chou-fleur coup\u00e9 en petits bouquets<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron rouge, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li><del>60 ml (1\/4 tasse) de coriandre fra\u00eeche cisel\u00e9e<\/del><\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dans une casserole, dorer l\u2019oignon avec le piment dans l\u2019huile. Ajouter le quinoa, les amandes et faire revenir jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9s. Saler et poivrer.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019ail, les \u00e9pices et poursuivre la cuisson 1 minute en remuant.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le bouillon, les courges, le chou-fleur et le poivron.<\/li>\n<li>Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrir et laisser mijoter doucement de 12 \u00e0 15 minutes. Retirer du feu et remuer. Laisser reposer \u00e0 couvert 5 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le quinoa ait absorb\u00e9 tout le liquide.
