{"id":673,"date":"2012-02-12T15:25:34","date_gmt":"2012-02-12T20:25:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=673"},"modified":"2015-01-23T06:53:26","modified_gmt":"2015-01-23T11:53:26","slug":"pains-hamburger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=673","title":{"rendered":"Pains hamburger"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong>Livre The all-purpose baking cookbook, The King Arthur Flour<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes : <\/strong>Commencer la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 9h30 le matin pour obtenir des pains pr\u00eats \u00e0 manger pour le d\u00eener.<\/p>\n<p>Aplatir davantage les pains.<\/p>\n<p>On peut utiliser la m\u00eame p\u00e2te pour faire des pains hot-dog.\u00a0 Il suffit de faconner les pains en rouleau coll\u00e9s un \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l&#8217;autre pour la derni\u00e8re lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Donne 8 gros pains (pourrait \u00eatre divis\u00e9 en 12 pains)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup water<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons butter<\/li>\n<li>1 large egg<\/li>\n<li>3 1\/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon instant yeast<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon dried minced onion (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine all the ingredients and mix and knead them together &#8211; by hand or mixer &#8211; until you&#8217;ve made a soft, smooth dough.<\/li>\n<li>Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape each piece into a flattened ball.<\/li>\n<li>Place the buns on greased baking sheets, cover, and let it rise 30 to 40 minutes, until they&#8217;re quite puffy.<\/li>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 375 F.<\/li>\n<li>Bake the buns for 12 to 15 minutes, until they&#8217;re golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Remove them from the oven and cool them on a rack.<\/li>\n<li>Split and use for burgers or sandwiches.\u00a0 For burgers, butter the split sides and fry them, buttered side down, until they&#8217;re golden brown and warmed through.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source: Livre The all-purpose baking cookbook, The King Arthur Flour Notes : Commencer la pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 9h30 le matin pour obtenir des pains pr\u00eats \u00e0 manger pour le d\u00eener.
