{"id":677,"date":"2012-02-12T16:31:35","date_gmt":"2012-02-12T21:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=677"},"modified":"2012-12-09T06:39:02","modified_gmt":"2012-12-09T11:39:02","slug":"roti-de-palette-comme-un-chili","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=677","title":{"rendered":"R\u00f4ti de palette comme un Chili"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong>http:\/\/papilles.telequebec.tv\/recettes\/3\/roti-de-palette-comme-un-chili-de-cincinnati<\/p>\n<h4>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h4>\n<p>1 r\u00f4ti de palette<br \/>\n2 gros oignons jaunes hach\u00e9s<br \/>\n1 branche de c\u00e9leri en d\u00e9s<br \/>\n30 ml (2 c. \u00e0 soupe) d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>\n7,5 ml (1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de sel de mer<br \/>\n5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de cannelle en poudre<br \/>\n7,5 ml (1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de clou de girofle en poudre<br \/>\n22,5 ml (1 \u00bd c. \u00e0 soupe) de poudre de chili<br \/>\n5 ml (1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) de cinq-\u00e9pices chinois<br \/>\n40 g (2 grosses c. \u00e0 soupe) de p\u00e2te de tomates<br \/>\n1 grosse bo\u00eete (796 ml \u2013 28 oz) de tomates en d\u00e9s \u00e9goutt\u00e9es (2 pots de 500 ml)<br \/>\n750 ml (3 tasses) bouillon de b\u0153uf sans sel<br \/>\n15 ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de sauce Worcestershire<br \/>\n1 feuille de laurier<br \/>\n22,5 g (1 1\/2 c. \u00e0 soupe) de cassonade<br \/>\n1 grosse bo\u00eete (540 ml \u2013 19 oz) de haricots rouges \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s<\/p>\n<h4>Pr\u00e9paration<\/h4>\n<p>1. Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 160 \u00b0C (325 \u00b0F).<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans une grande po\u00eale \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, verser un filet d\u2019huile et une noix de beurre. Assaisonner le r\u00f4ti, sel et poivre puis le faire colorer sur toutes ses faces.<\/p>\n<p>3. Dans une grande casserole \u00e0 fond \u00e9pais, faire revenir les oignons et le c\u00e9leri dans l\u2019huile d\u2019olive. Ajouter p\u00e2te de tomate.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ajouter la cassonade, le sel, la cannelle, le clou de girofle, la poudre de chili et le cinq-\u00e9pices. Remuer et continuer la cuisson quelques minutes.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ajouter la sauce Worcestershire, la feuille de laurier, les tomates en d\u00e9s et le bouillon de b\u0153uf, remuer. Ajouter le r\u00f4ti. Enfourner et faire mijoter environ 3 heures.<\/p>\n<p>6. Sortir le morceau de r\u00f4ti de la casserole et effilocher. Remettre la viande dans la casserole, puis ajouter les haricots rouges. Remettre au four pendant 25 minutes, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les haricots soient chauds.<\/p>\n<p>7.
