{"id":697,"date":"2012-03-10T06:55:03","date_gmt":"2012-03-10T11:55:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=697"},"modified":"2012-03-10T06:56:05","modified_gmt":"2012-03-10T11:56:05","slug":"jambalaya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=697","title":{"rendered":"Jambalaya"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong>Inspir\u00e9 du livre &#8220;De bons p&#8217;tits plats&#8221; de Marie-Jos\u00e9e et Claudette Taillefer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 table huile d&#8217;olive<\/li>\n<li>2 oignons, hach\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d&#8217;ail, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>1 poivron rouge, hach\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>2 branches de c\u00e9leri, hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>2 tasses jambon cuit, en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 tasses riz jasmin<\/li>\n<li>796 ml (ou 1 1\/2 pots de 500 ml) de tomate en conserve \u00e9cras\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>213 ml (ou 1 tasse) sauce tomate<\/li>\n<li>1 tasse de bouillon de poulet<\/li>\n<li>quelques gouttes de sauce Tabasco<\/li>\n<li>1 feuille de laurier<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>Poivre au go\u00fbt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse pois congel\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tasse ma\u00efs congel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>25 \u00e0 30 crevettes de grosseur 26-30<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 350 F.<\/li>\n<li>Chauffer l&#8217;huile dans une casserole.\u00a0 Ajouter les oignons, les poivrons et le c\u00e9leri et faire revenir.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le jambon.\u00a0 Pousuivre la cuisson en brassant, pour dorer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.\u00a0 Par la suite, ajouter l&#8217;ail.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le riz, les tomates, la sauce tomate et le bouillon de poulet.<\/li>\n<li>Assaisonner de sauce Tabasco, de laurier, de thym et poivre.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et cuire au four environ 30 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le riz soit tendre.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9couvrir et ajouter les pois, le ma\u00efs et les crevettes.
