Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li>Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 l&#8217;exception du poulet. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Avec les doigts, soulever d\u00e9licatement la peau des cuisses du poulet sans la d\u00e9chirer.\u00a0 \u00c9tendre de l&#8217;huile au citron et au paprika sous la peau et en badigeonner aussi le dessus. Poivrer.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser les cuisses, c\u00f4te \u00e0 c\u00f4te, dans un plat de cuisson. Ajouter les quartiers de citron.<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four environ 1h15 ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la viande se d\u00e9tache facilement de l&#8217;os.
