{"id":770,"date":"2012-12-23T06:47:08","date_gmt":"2012-12-23T11:47:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=770"},"modified":"2014-10-29T05:58:24","modified_gmt":"2014-10-29T09:58:24","slug":"soupe-thai-au-coconut-et-curry","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=770","title":{"rendered":"Soupe thai au coconut et curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source : <\/strong>http:\/\/chefmichaelsmith.com\/recipe\/thai-coconut-curry-soup\/<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note :<\/strong> Je n&#8217;ai pas mis de coriandre et de f\u00e8ves germ\u00e9es la premi\u00e8re fois que j&#8217;ai fait cette soupe.\u00a0 J&#8217;ajoute parfois des pois mange-tout.<\/p>\n<p>Temps de cuisson : environ 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Serving: Serves 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 14 ounce cans premium coconut milk<\/li>\n<li>1 heaping Tablespoon Thai curry paste (rouge)<\/li>\n<li><del>1 bunch cilantro roots, rinsed well<\/del><\/li>\n<li>2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 cups chicken broth<\/li>\n<li>1 carrot, shredded<\/li>\n<li><del>4 or 5 lime leaves<\/del><\/li>\n<li><del>2 stalks lemon grass, halved lengthwise, woody leaves removed<\/del><\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons fish sauce<\/li>\n<li><del>2<\/del>\u00a0 1 limes zest and juice<\/li>\n<li>a small knob frozen ginger<\/li>\n<li><del>a handful bean sprouts<\/del><\/li>\n<li>8 ounce package rice noodles<\/li>\n<li><del>1 bunch cilantro leaves, rinsed well<\/del><\/li>\n<li>2 or 3 green onions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>a sprinkle or two salt or soy sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Scoop the thick coconut cream from the top of just one of the cans into a large stockpot set over a medium-high heat. Melt the cream, add the curry paste and stir for a few minutes until they begin to sizzle.<\/li>\n<li>Add the <del>cilantro roots<\/del> and chicken and saut\u00e9 until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the coconut juice from the first can and all the contents of the second can along with the chicken broth, carrot, <del>lime leaves<\/del>, lemon grass, fish sauce and lime zest and juice. Grate the frozen ginger into the broth with a Microplane grater or standard box grater. Simmer for 20 minutes or so.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in the bean sprouts. Add the rice noodles, gently pushing them beneath the surface of the broth. Turn off the heat and let stand until the noodles soften, about 5 minutes. Rice noodles don\u2019t need to simmer like pasta to cook; they simply need to rehydrate in the hot liquid.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in most of the <del>cilantro leaves<\/del>.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the lemon grass stalks.<\/li>\n<li>Taste and season with a touch more salt (or soy sauce) as needed.
