{"id":84,"date":"2011-01-09T07:34:49","date_gmt":"2011-01-09T12:34:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=84"},"modified":"2011-01-10T23:47:29","modified_gmt":"2011-01-11T04:47:29","slug":"soupe-aux-pois-chiches-a-la-marocaine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=84","title":{"rendered":"Soupe aux pois chiches \u00e0 la marocaine"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source:<\/strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/aladistasio.telequebec.tv\/recettes\/recette.aspx?id=959\">\u00c0 la di Stasio: Soupe aux pois chiches \u00e0 la marocaine<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s bon avec la <a href=\"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/2011\/01\/09\/gremolata-et-sauce-yaourt\/\">gremolata et sauce yaourt<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul id=\"ListeIngredient\">\n<li>1\/4 tasse  d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li>\n<li>1 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9 de cumin moulu, cardamome moulue, coriandre moulue, curcuma, cannelle moulue et fenouil moulu<\/li>\n<li>1  pinc\u00e9e de piment de Cayenne<\/li>\n<li>1  gros oignon espagnol cisel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>3  gousses d\u2019ail hach\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>3 c. \u00e0 soupe  de gingembre frais, hach\u00e9 ou r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1  rutabaga moyen pel\u00e9 et coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1  carotte coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>2   branches de c\u00e9leri coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>1  conserve de 796 ml (28 oz) de tomates, \u00e9goutt\u00e9es et \u00e9cras\u00e9es \u00e0 la main<\/li>\n<li>2 conserves de 540 ml (19 oz) de pois chiches, \u00e9goutt\u00e9s et rinc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>8 tasses de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>Sel et poivre du moulin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9parations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, faire chauffer l\u2019huile \u00e0 feu moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9. Ajouter les \u00e9pices et faire cuire de 30 \u00e0 60 secondes. Ajouter l\u2019oignon et cuire quelques minutes \u00e0 d\u00e9couvert.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter l\u2019ail, le gingembre et cuire 1 minute. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes, les tomates, les pois chiches et le bouillon. Assaisonner, porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition puis mijoter \u00e0 feu doux-moyen et \u00e0 couvert pendant 30 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient cuits.<\/li>\n<li>Au m\u00e9langeur \u00e9lectrique ou au m\u00e9langeur \u00e0 main, r\u00e9duire 2 tasses de la soupe en pur\u00e9e. Incorporer la pur\u00e9e dans la soupe pour obtenir une texture plus cr\u00e9meuse. V\u00e9rifier l\u2019assaisonnement.
