Pour faire du lait d&#8217;amande nature, placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans le r\u00e9cipient du m\u00e9langeur et filtrer le lait une fois que tout est bien m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u00a0 cups water<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0 cups almonds, soaked overnight and rinsed<\/li>\n<li><del>2\u00a0\u00a0 tbsp agave nectar<\/del> 4 dattes<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0\u00a0 tsp vanilla extract, or vanilla seeds scraped from bean<\/li>\n<li><sup>1<\/sup>\u2044<sub>8<\/sub> tsp kosher salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<div itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/VideoObject\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div itemscope=\"\" itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/Recipe\">\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div itemprop=\"recipeInstructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Add water and soaked almonds to jar in order listed and secure lid.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;Whole Juice.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Strain milk through nut milk bag or cheesecloth to remove almond skins and pulp.<\/li>\n<li>Rinse blender jar, place strained almond milk back in jar with remaining ingredients and secure lid.<\/li>\n<li>Press &#8220;Pulse&#8221; 3\u20135 times to combine thoroughly.<\/li>\n<li>Serve or store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Source : http:\/\/www.blendtec.com\/recipes\/almond_milk Notes: 1.
