{"id":949,"date":"2015-02-16T20:17:00","date_gmt":"2015-02-17T01:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=949"},"modified":"2015-06-17T06:15:18","modified_gmt":"2015-06-17T10:15:18","slug":"petits-gateaux-fondant-au-chocolat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recettes.carlrobitaille.org\/?p=949","title":{"rendered":"Petits g\u00e2teaux moelleux au chocolat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Source: <\/strong>http:\/\/chefmichaelsmith.com\/recipe\/chocolate-molten-cakes-with-coffee-cream\/<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note :<\/strong> R\u00e9frig\u00e9rer la pr\u00e9paration jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que pr\u00eate \u00e0 cuire.\u00a0 Faire cuire 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Donne 8 petits ramequins.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 ounces bittersweet or dark chocolate<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons cocoa powder<\/li>\n<li>4 eggs<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup white or brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>butter for greasing ramekins<\/li>\n<li>white sugar for sprinkling on ramekins<\/li>\n<li>heavy cream, whipped, or ice cream, for serving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat your oven to 400\u00b0F (200\u00b0C).<\/li>\n<li>To protect the chocolate from direct heat, melt it and the butter in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, gently stirring until they melt together.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the heat and sift in the cocoa powder, stirring until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the brown sugar and vanilla until they are thick and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Pour in the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Rub the inside of each ramekin or muffin mould with butter to make a thin film. Lightly sprinkle each with sugar and shake to coat the inside, shaking out any excess.<\/li>\n<li>Evenly divide the cake batter among the ramekins.<\/li>\n<li>Place on a rimmed baking sheet and bake until the batter rises, the tops are cracked and the insides are still a bit gooey, no more than 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Cool for a few minutes; the cakes will shrink a bit and pull away from the sides. If necessary, run a paring knife around the edges of the cakes to loosen them. Carefully invert onto a plate.
