Pr\u00e9chauffe le four \u00e0 260\u2009\u00b0C (500\u2009\u00b0F).<\/li>\n<li>Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9lange le paprika, le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9pose le r\u00f4ti dans un plat de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Frotte le m\u00e9lange d\u2019\u00e9pices sur toute la surface du r\u00f4ti.<\/li>\n<li>Mets-le au four et fais-le cuire 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9duis la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 180\u2009\u00b0C (350\u2009\u00b0F). Poursuis la cuisson 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Laisse-le reposer 15 minutes. Tranche le r\u00f4ti finement.
