Y ajouter\u00a0les champignons, le c\u00e9leri-rave,\u00a0l\u2019ail, le sel et le thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9.\u00a0<strong>Couvrir<\/strong> et cuire 10 minutes en\u00a0brassant de temps en temps.\u00a0R\u00e9server dans un bol.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Essuyer<\/strong> la po\u00eale, faire fondre\u00a045 ml (3 c. \u00e0 soupe) de beurre\u00a0\u00e0 feu moyen, y ajouter les\u00a0poireaux, couvrir et laisser cuire\u00a05 minutes. Ajouter une pinc\u00e9e\u00a0de sel.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Verser<\/strong> le vin blanc et r\u00e9duire\u00a0\u00e0 sec.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajouter<\/strong> la farine, bien m\u00e9langer\u00a0et cuire 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajouter<\/strong> la cr\u00e8me et le bouillon\u00a0de volaille, puis laisser mijoter\u00a08 minutes en brassant.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter le m\u00e9lange de\u00a0champignons r\u00e9serv\u00e9 et la\u00a0moutarde.<\/li>\n<li>Bien m\u00e9langer, go\u00fbter et rectifier\u00a0l\u2019assaisonnement au besoin.\u00a0Transf\u00e9rer dans un bol et\u00a0r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Essuyer la po\u00eale et chauffer 15\u00a0ml (1 c. \u00e0 soupe) de beurre \u00e0\u00a0feu vif et y faire cuire les d\u00e9s\u00a0de dindon jusqu\u2019\u00e0 cuisson\u00a0compl\u00e8te. Assaisonner avec 2\u00a0ml (1\/2 c. \u00e0 th\u00e9) chacun de sel\u00a0et de thym s\u00e9ch\u00e9, et poivrer au\u00a0go\u00fbt. Cuire les d\u00e9s de dindon en\u00a0deux \u00e9tapes au besoin, pour leur\u00a0donner une belle coloration.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter les d\u00e9s de dindon au\u00a0m\u00e9lange de champignons et de\u00a0poireaux r\u00e9serv\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Verser le m\u00e9lange dans un plat\u00a0de cuisson de 22,5 cm x 30 cm\u00a0(9 x 12 po) ou r\u00e9partir dans\u00a08 plats individuels de 500 ml\u00a0(2 tasses). Voir notes.<\/li>\n<li><del>Parsemer de cheddar si d\u00e9sir\u00e9.<\/del><\/li>\n<li>Badigeonner le pourtour du\u00a0ou des plats de cuisson avec le\u00a0m\u00e9lange de jaune d\u2019oeuf.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser la p\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e de\u00a0fa\u00e7on \u00e0 couvrir toute la surface\u00a0et en laissant un exc\u00e9dent de\u00a01 cm (1\/2 po.) Bien sceller le\u00a0pourtour en pressant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement\u00a0avec les doigts. Badigeonner le\u00a0dessus de la p\u00e2te de jaune d\u2019oeuf.<\/li>\n<li>Si d\u00e9sir\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de petits\u00a0emporte-pi\u00e8ce, tailler quelques\u00a0d\u00e9corations dans les retailles\u00a0de p\u00e2te.
