Ajouter le lait de coco et combiner. Ajouter la sauce soya, l&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same, la sauce de poisson et le cumin. M\u00e9langer.Allonger avec 125 ml (1\/2 tasse) d&#8217;eau. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li>Saler et poivrer les poitrines de poulet des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande po\u00eale munie d&#8217;un couvercle, chauffer l&#8217;huile \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Saisir les poitrines de poulet pendant 3 minutes par c\u00f4t\u00e9. Baisser le feu \u00e0 doux.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9glacer avec le reste de l&#8217;eau (60 ml ou \u00bc tasse). Ajouter la sauce et bien enrober les poitrines de poulet.<\/li>\n<li>Couvrir et laisser mijoter pendant 15 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la temp\u00e9rature interne atteigne 77 \u00b0C (170 \u00b0F). Tourner une fois \u00e0 mi-cuisson. Ajouter un peu d&#8217;eau au besoin si la sauce devient trop \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<li>Trancher les poitrines de poulet et les servir napp\u00e9es de sauce. Garnir d&#8217;arachides <del>et de coriandre<\/del>.
