Sauce au fromage bleu

Note : Sauce d’accompagnement pour les ailes de poulet.

Ingrédients :

  • 6  (2) ounces Gorgonzola, crumbled
  • 1 (1/3) cup sour cream
  • 1 (1/3) cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon (teaspoon) lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon (teaspoon) white wine vinegar

Directions :

  1. Add cheese, mayo and sour cream in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix to incorporate & add chopped parsley, vinegar and lemon juice. Mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
